Vikings,
Since this week is Spring Break, our regularly scheduled booster
meeting has been moved to Wednesday, April 7th,
7:00 in the auditorium.
Since this is one week and two days before we depart for NY, this will also
be a MANDATORY parent meeting (at least one parent)
for each student participating in the New York trip. We also encourage the
participating students to come as well. We will be rolling out day of departure
requirements, behavioral expectations, the entire agenda, etc. We will also
be checking for medical forms, emergency phone numbers and more.
The general booster meeting will begin immediately following the mandatory
parent meeting. For those of you who receive this email twice, I apologize,
and please disregard the 2nd one.

As you may already be aware, the payment installment schedule has been posted
on the website, and sent out to the students, as well as being available in
the band room. The next payment for the New York trip
is Thursday, 4 February.
Secondly - due to other calendar commitments (Mr. Carder will be at All District
band rehearsal), we will NOT be having our monthly booster
meeting this Thursday, 4 February, but will be meeting on Thursday, 11 February
in the band room at 7:00 pm instead. Please come prepared to vote
on the following executive board positions which will be effective in
March:

We are in the final stages of finalizing your trip to
New York. We are now closer to having the final cost
of this trip, but need to get your payment schedule out
so the due dates are manageable.
