was the best trip ever! Special thanks to Kevin Wedmark
for his leadership in making this trip possible.

Wedmark May 17, 2006 If you have prescription medications for your students that
need to be dropped off, Mary Weiss will be in the band room from
7PM to 8PM on Thursday. If the school is locked she will be set
up near the band trailer and door 11. Kevin
Wedmark April 23, 2006 There will be a mandatory meeting
on Thursday, April 27th at 7PM in the band room for
all students participating in the Cleveland
Festival trip. All students and at least one parent or
guardian must attend. February 25, 2006 For those students who did not participate in marching
band this season, we need a medical release
form for the Cleveland
trip. This form notes any medical issues, and what - if
any - over the counter medicines you would allow your child
to be given by a chaperone. Without this form, we cannot administer
any medications, even for an upset stomach! February 8, 2006 Cleveland Update January
8, 2006 November 7, 2005 Email For those parents who wish to participate in the Cleveland Festival activities, but not ride the bus; (i.e. drive up on their own) the cost will be per the below: Single room: $519 Double room: $386 per person - $772 total Triple room: $343 per person - $1029 total The payment schedule is as follows: 1 Dec 05: $200 - with commitment form 15 Jan 06: $110 15 Feb 06: $100 for single rooms, remainder for double and triple rooms ($76 per person, double room; $33 per person triple room) 15 Mar 06: $109 for single rooms. Wedmark November 5, 2005 Email As you know the symphonic, concert, and jazz bands along with winter guard will be attending the Cleveland Music Festival the weekend of May 19th - 22nd in Cleveland. Total cost is $550 per student. In order to ensure that an accurate count of
participants and the associated costs/money is paid
to the festival organizers,
it is imperative that all individuals intending to participate
in the festival complete and turn in the attached commitment
form along with the initial payment
of $200 by December 1st. Payment
can be made by check or thru the student account. If you wish
to use your student's account, the authorization
form must be submitted
with the commitment form. Information on the hotel
